During this session we will provide an introduction to conversational commerce and discuss the opportunities and main challenges to overcome. We will show some best practices and share many tips and tricks as collected over the last years from retailers and brands already experimenting with chatbots. During the session you will design and build your own basic chatbot to really experience how it works and what it will require in terms of customer journey, processes, organization, data and technology.
Wim La Haye
Wim La Haye is co-founder of Bluebird Day and working as commercial director. From a passion for technology and business, Wim helps e-commerce organizations with innovative e-commerce solutions. Together with his colleagues he realized one of the first Dutch chatbots facilitating that consumers can really buy products in the conversation. He was co-chairman of the conversational commerce expert group of Shopping Tomorrow.
