Personalization: persona vs. person - SPARQUE

Several techniques exist to enable personalization on webshops. Each has its own advantages and pitfalls. In this session we identify which situations favor which approach and how to combine several techniques to avoid the pitfalls that would accompany each any individual technique. We discuss personalization cases and learn how the companies personalized search results and recommendations and what lessons they have in common.
