Pricing is the most important profit lever. However, often the pricing lever is not optimized yet within companies. Before addressing the topic of Dynamic Pricing during the session, understanding of the impact of the pricing lever is provided. Subsequently, Dynamic Pricing is discussed. Dynamic Pricing enables companies to be more responsive on the price lever.

Johan is currently owner and commercial booster at ‘Commercieel Verbeteren’. It is his passion, to spread the importance, working and impact of pricing throughout the business world. To give substance to his passion, he is a regular speaker within the pricing domain.
In addition, he gets energy from working directly with customers, developing and implementing pricing improvements. Recently, he developed a pricing strategy, for a Dutch Ecommerce player, which is implemented by using Dynamic Pricing Software. Johan evolved his pricing knowledge during his work at Simon-Kucher & Partners; considered world leader in pricing consulting. However, his interest for commercial improvements already started earlier in his career at Nationale-Nederlanden. Here he developed his sales & account management skills.
